Studio Policies: 

Cancellation Policy: There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. I understand things come up and will do my best to work with you. You can reschedule your appointment directly online at no charge. I will allow a first time cancellation anything thereafter will incur 50% of the full service price and will not be able to make future appointments until it is collected.

New clients: If you haven't filled out a form online please allow 5-10 minutes prior to appointment to fill out a new client form in person.  

Late Appointments: LA's traffic is not ideal and you never know what kind of day it's gonna be even if you think it's a good one. So, please allow yourself sufficient time to arrive to your appointment. There is plenty of parking when arriving on time.

IF you are running late, please extend a courtesy email. There is no number to call. It is so appreciated. If you are 5 minutes into your appointment I may be able to finish your services but it's no guarantee. I always try to do my best but may have to adjust the service accordingly. Anything more than that needs to be rescheduled or appointment will be shortened. Please remember I have other clients who are scheduled and they may need to be somewhere. 

No-shows: If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service amount and will not be able to make future appointments unless it has been collected. Please understand this is a small business and your support is appreciated along with your cooperation. No exceptions.

Pets: I love animals! However, other clients may have allergies, including myself. I have severe asthma around dogs so please respect that the space must be maintained clean due to the services I offer. I understand service dogs are allowed in public and if you must bring your dog they must fit in a dog case or wait outside the studio.

Cell phones: We ask that you place your cell phone in your bag or keep in hand. Please put your ring tones on vibrate before service begins. 

Gift Cards are not refundable for cash. Rewards must be used by expiration date. No Exceptions.

No refunds for services rendered or products purchased.
